CREATIVE DIRECTOR AND FOUNDER
Born and raised in sunny Sarasota, Florida with a natural passion for art and design, Wade began his professional creative journey at Florida State University where he pursued a degree in Fine Arts.
SALON DIRECTOR
After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Karen moved to the west coast and launched her career in the beauty industry.
Assistant Manager
Veronica (V) graduated from the Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School in Fort Myers, Florida. After graduating, she gained experience from multiple high-end salons in Fort Lauderdale, Naples and Estero. With experience as a former hairstylist, she’s brought her knowledge of the craft into the reception and management field. Under direct coaching from Karen, the salon director at Artistry, she has honed in on helping manage the salon and the front desk. She enjoys educating guests on product recommendations and assisting with Jane Iredale makeup suggestions.
Now being in management for over two years, Veronica is passionate about furthering her career at Artistry. She strives to learn more about managing Artistry and to continue creating relationships with its wonderful guests.
Salon coordinator
McKenna (Kenna) is originally from the South Georgia/Tallahassee area. She moved to Estero, FL after a year at Georgia State in Atlanta to finally pursue her cosmetology dreams. She graduated from the Aveda Institute in Fort Myers and has been licensed since February 2026. Along that journey, she has been working in the salon world since her first month of school. Whether that was on the salon floor or personal assistant, she is now taking a break from behind the chair to work behind the scenes as a salon coordinator! She believes that as long as you work to your fullest potential and take each day as a new one, you can achieve whatever you put your mind AND heart into!

SENIOR ARTIST
Stephani maintained a loyal clientele in NJ during her lengthy career and is excited about her new beginning in Florida. She is looking forward to meeting new people, building new relationships, and welcoming new clients into her chair.

Cammie's passion for doing hair started very young at her aunt's salon in Plant City Florida. Later she gifted her the opportunity to follow in her footsteps and for the last 15 years, Cammie continued to expand her knowledge for all things in the beauty industry. Cammie has a knack for balayage and highlights, but could spend days doing updos just for fun.

Senior Artist
Meet Artistry's newest team member, Kim! A recent transplant from Rhode Island, Kim comes to Artistry with over 30 years of industry experience, with a special focus and mastery of hair cutting. Kim has extensive training from Toni & Guy, where she worked behind the scenes at Fashion Week and for many platform artists. She is obsessed with the perfect Bob or a textured shag, and if you are a curly girl, she is the Artist to take your curls to the next level. When not in the salon, Kim enjoys creating art in many mediums, including creating jewelry containing real botanicals, baking, and spending time with her 2 children and chihuahua.
Advanced Artist
Licensed cosmetologist since 2014, Kelly began her journey in Connecticut before relocating to Southwest Florida after high school. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Florida Gulf Coast University and has continued to build a career rooted in education, creativity, and advanced technique.
Kelly has been a Goldwell stylist since 2020. She has expanded her expertise through hands-on training and industry events, including Goldwell KMS On Tour Fort Lauderdale (2022) and the Goldwell Creative Experience Miami (2025). She then further refined her craft in New York City, where she completed the Moroccanoil Signature Cutting certification.
In addition to being trained in Keratin Complex treatments, she is officially K18 certified, allowing her to offer cutting-edge hair repair solutions. Committed to growth and staying ahead of trends, she consistently pursue ongoing education to elevate both my skills and client experience.

Amy, Originially from Minnesota, is a kind, down to earth soul. She has a passion for all things beauty & healing from the inside out. She is new to SWFL & is looking forward to meeting new people. She deeply enjoys the inner transformation that comes from making people feel beautiful.

A native to sunny Naples, Florida, Jasmin from a very young age had an interest in all things beauty. After pursuing a receptionist position at age 17, she developed an even stronger interest in the industry. Eventually pushing herself to pursue and acquire a Florida State Cosmetology license.

Meet Elle, a passionate hairstylist with a talent for transforming her clients' beauty. Known for her precision short cuts and stunning color transformations, Elle's artistic touch leaves her clients feeling confident and beautiful. Beyond the salon, Elle finds joy in exploring nature with her dog, Bella. With her eyes always on the latest hair trends, Elle's versatility shines through in her ability to deliver personalized looks that reflect each client's individual style and personality.

Yensi's passion for hair started at a young age, always eager to style & color her family & friend's hair. After high school, she decided to pursue it as a career and hasn't looked back since. Graduating from Cozmo Beauty School in 2021, Yensi loves color, highlighting, hair cutting & performing smoothing treatments to help clients with frizz. Friendly & personable, Yensi wants to help you achieve your hair goals.

Margarita is a licensed Master Barber Stylist with international experience across Canada, Poland, and the United States. Having worked in a variety of professional settings, she brings a well-rounded, global perspective to her craft. With a keen eye for detail, Margarita combines skill, talent, and technical expertise to create looks that enhance each client’s natural features while maintaining a vibrant, effortless aesthetic. She is passionate about crafting unique styles, dimensional color, and customized textures tailored to each individual. Committed to continuous growth, Margarita regularly advances her skills by attending professional workshops, industry hair shows, and advanced training courses. This dedication allows her to stay current with the latest trends and techniques. Driven, talented, and dedicated, Margarita’s mission is to make the world more beautiful through hair design. “A haircut should not only look good, but it should make you feel great.”
New Talent
Coming to you from Maryland and Costa Rica, she is a Paul Mitchell graduate and FGCU alumna, meet Sophia. Starting her career during the COVID-19 pandemic, Sophia has been the family hairdresser since the age of twelve. She took that passion and then got licensed in January of 2026! Her free time is spent getting exercise in the gym and on the pickle-ball courts, or relaxing with music at the pool. With years of at-home experience and formal cosmetology training, Sophia is ready to be your new hairstylist!
